If I refer Castle to a client, am I liable?

Castle Inspections and Doug Roach carry carry very thorough Errors and Omissions insurance and General Liability insurance. We also offer negligent referral coverage to help protect real estate professionals in the event a claim is brought against them for recommending Castle.

How many items are inspected?

We inspected over 400 items including the foundation, roof, and structural components, plus the visible electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operating systems of the property.

What will my client receive in writing as part of the inspection?

Castle provides a detailed inspection report that includes color photos to reference.

What are your inspector’s qualifications?

Doug Roach is both highly trained and certified to meet the highest industry standards. He’s attained the best training and education in the industry and is a long standing member of AHSI. Doug also takes ongoing training seriously and completes additional training on an annual basis.
